I’ve been feeling… heavy. Could be bloating; could be my dessert cravings; could be the fact that I skip breakfast and overeat at lunch. Who knows. All I know is that I have less energy during the day and I look unkempt in a bathing suit. So for the next couple of weeks, I’ll be:
- Drinking warm Yogi detox herbal tea with lemon in the morning
- Warm lemon water throughout the day and,
- A shot of apple cider vinegar 20 minutes before each meal
The goal isn’t necessarily to lose weight, but to control my appetite and flush out some of the junk I’ve been consuming lately.
